Monogrammed Gingerbread Houses--Watchout Hansel & Gretel

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Gingerbread Houses. This year we did our annual tradition and they are displayed on crystal cake plates. My trick to successful Gingerbread house assembly is A GLUE GUN! Put it together with a glue gun then fill in with frosting. Trader Joe and Ikea have great priced, unique gingerbread houses--of course, we purchased full price standard houses because we needed them immediately! For those perfectionist, Red Envelop will customize your house for you. Other spectacular houses are below as well as a cute little book.

This is getting me so excited. I'm about to go home for the holidays and my mom got a gingerbread house kit as well as a gingerbread train kit! So excited! Merry Christmas!

Love this post. Biltmore Mansion in Asheville, NC always has a replica Gingerbread House as part of their Christmas display. It is so magnificent!

Some people are so talented and have terrific patience! I always ended up eating the candy before I finished decorating...oops.

I LOVE the WH gingerbread house! I always watch the WH Christmas special where they often show them making it. Thank you for sharing all of these!
